Ukraine and Denmark are strengthening their defense collaboration
During his visit to Helsinki, Ukraine’s Defence Minister Rustem Umerov met with Danish Defence Minister Troels Lund Poulsen.
The parties discussed the pressing security challenges for Ukraine and Europe, as well as joint defense initiatives that were the central topic of negotiations during the NORDEFCO meeting.
Rustem Umerov expressed gratitude to Denmark for its steadfast and consistent support for Ukraine since the first days of the full-scale invasion.
“Danish assistance is not only a contribution to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities but also to the security of the entire European continent,” emphasized the Minister of Defence of Ukraine.
