Total russian military losses on October 2, 2026: 1,560 personnel, 1,645 UAVs, and 45 artillery systems.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the estimated total russian war losses from 24.02.22 to 03.10.2026 inclusive are as follows

Personnel:

• approximately 1 538 950 (+1 560) persons.

Armored vehicles and automotive equipment:

• tanks ‒ 12 391 (+3);
• armored fighting vehicles ‒ 25 477 (+6);
• special equipment ‒ 4 783 (+3);
• vehicles and fuel tanks ‒ 156 731 (+422);
• unmanned ground vehicles ‒ 2 824 (+14).

Artillery and air defense assets:

• artillery systems ‒ 50 637 (+45);
• MLRS ‒ 2 178 (+3);
• air defense assets ‒ 1 683.

Air targets:

• aircraft ‒ 443;
• helicopters ‒ 356;
• UAVs (operational-tactical level) ‒ 544 498 (+1 645);
• cruise missiles ‒ 5 126.

Naval assets:

• warships and boats ‒ 35;
• submarines ‒ 2.
