Total russian military losses on May 7, 2026: 1,130 personnel, 1,817 UAVs, and 91 artillery systems.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the estimated total russian war losses from 24.02.22 to 08.05.26 inclusive are as follows

Personnel:

  • approximately 1 339 190 (+1 130) persons.

Armored vehicles and automotive equipment:

  • tanks ‒ 11 919 (+1);
  • armored fighting vehicles ‒ 24 538 (+17);
  • special equipment ‒ 4 173 (+1);
  • vehicles and fuel tanks ‒ 94 879 (+334);
  • unmanned ground vehicles ‒ 1 344 (+8).

Artillery and air defense assets:

  • artillery systems ‒ 41 630 (+91);
  • MLRS ‒ 1 778 (+2);
  • air defense assets ‒ 1 370 (+5).

Air targets:

  • aircraft ‒ 435;
  • helicopters ‒ 352;
  • UAVs (operational-tactical level) ‒ 279 729 (+1 817);
  • cruise missiles ‒ 4 585.

Naval assets:

  • warships and boats ‒ 33;
  • submarines ‒ 2.
