Top 5 most popular vacancy categories in Reserve+
Individuals wishing to join the Defence Forces and respond to vacancies via the recruitment service in the Reserve+ app most commonly select military professions related to roles in headquarters, UAV, IT, transport, and infantry. This was announced by Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
“Our objective is to provide users with the broadest range of vacancies and specializations within the Defence Forces. The concept that ‘the army needs everyone’ retains its relevance today. Indeed, every profession can be of value and enhance the army's capabilities,” emphasized the Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine.
The recruitment feature in the Reserve+ app was launched in October 2024. It enables Ukrainians to find the most suitable military vacancy from thousands of available options. With the collaboration of the Lobby X employment platform, the service offers one of the most comprehensive lists of open positions in the Defence Forces, surpassing 6,000. Over 50,000 responses to these vacancies have already been registered.
Reserve+ app's recruitment functionality is designed to help users identify roles most suitable for them based on their experience and preferences. When searching for a vacancy, users must complete a short questionnaire, such as indicating whether they have completed training in one of the military fields or which area they are most skilled in.
The app’s service describes the open positions in detail, including information about the brigades, their command, achievements, and media coverage. The vacancy selection process is straightforward, with a filter to assist in searching for optimal offers based on chosen criteria. The intuitive interface is designed to be user-friendly, allowing for quickly sorting vacancies. You can click the 'plus' button to save an offer for future consideration or the 'minus' button to discard it.
