The “Ukrainian Defence Industry” joint-stock company (UkrOboronProm) announces the selection of independent members of supervisory boards for six key enterprises, covering the following industrial sectors:
- Aircraft manufacturing;
- Radar systems manufacturing;
- Ammunition and specialty chemicals production;
- Transport vehicle manufacturing;
- Armored vehicle manufacturing;
- Shipbuilding.
The “Ukrainian Defence Industry” joint-stock company aims to establish professional supervisory boards that will promote long-term, sustainable development, transparency, efficiency, and effective oversight of the management of defense industry enterprises, in line with corporate governance principles and international best practices. Accordingly, the selection process for candidates for independent members of supervisory boards is being launched, targeting professionals with experience in the following areas:
- Corporate governance;
- Human capital management;
- Knowledge-intensive mechanical engineering.
