DOT has announced tenders for water procurement in the second half of 2024. Water will be purchased separately from the Catalog of Food Products.

The procedures have been announced for delivery in 9 sectors, each of which will be a separate lot:

• Kyiv Oblast - Chernihiv Oblast - Zhytomyr Oblast

• Volyn Oblast - Rivne Oblast

• Lviv Oblast - Ternopil Oblast - Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast - Chernivtsi Oblast - Zakarpattia Oblast

• Vinnytsia Oblast - Khmelnytskyi Oblast

• Kirovohrad Oblast - Cherkasy Oblast

• Odesa Oblast - Mykolaiv Oblast - Kherson Oblast

•  Zaporizhzhia Oblast - Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

•  Poltava Oblast - Sumy Oblast - Kharkiv Oblast

•  Donetsk Oblast - Luhansk Oblast

All nine lots will be combined into one procurement procedure.

Tenders can be monitored on Prozorro or on the DOT website in the "For Suppliers" section.

It should be noted that during the second quarter, water for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was supplied by Obolon Joint Stock Companyand LLC "Akvaplast." Thanks to competition, it was possible to purchase water at an average price of UAH 3.46 per liter, which is 39% cheaper than the prices in the contracts before the start of DOT's work.
