The number of inquiries to the Ukrainian Army Recruitment Centers continues to increase

During the past week, 1,523 individuals contacted the Recruitment Centers of the Ukrainian Army. This is the second-highest weekly figure since the beginning of the year. The record for the highest number of inquiries in one week was set in February, reaching 1,808. March saw a total of 4,942 consultations provided.

The overall number of inquiries since the launch of the first Recruitment Center has reached 48,406.

In the last week, 215 citizens have decided to join the Defence Forces of Ukraine. Thus, in March, this figure reached 884 individuals, bringing the total number of candidates since the establishment of the first Ukrainian Army Recruitment Center to 9,765.

Notably, the share of women who reached out to Recruitment Centers remained unchanged, accounting for 21% of the total number of consultations provided. Female residents of Chernivtsi Oblast (43%), Khmelnytskyi Oblast (39%), and Vinnytsia Oblast (37%) are most interested in military service.

To recap, 49 Recruitment Centers are currently operational in Ukraine, with one operating online. Recruitment Centers are mostly located within the premises of Administrative Services Centers (ASCs). Specialists at these Centers provide consultations on a confidential basis.

Important note! Notification Groups are prohibited from conducting mobilization activities or delivering call-up papers within the territory of recruitment centers.
