The new Ukrainian Army Recruitment Center was inaugurated today in Ternopil, marking the country's 40th center of its kind
The Recruitment Center of the Ukrainian Army was opened in Ternopil. The number of these centers in Ukraine has reached 40. Individuals who wish to be considered for recruitment can visit the Center at 6 Kostiantyn Vasyl Ostrozkyi Street or contact for guidance over the phone: 067 711 67 30 and 095 584 12 04.
“Establishing the recruitment center is an important event for our city. This is where individuals can receive guidance and support to help them make a thoughtful choice regarding enlisting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We thank the Ministry of Defence for the fruitful cooperation,” said Ihor Hirchak, Secretary of the Ternopil City Council.
Distributing call-up papers is not allowed at the Recruitment Center of the Ukrainian Army and within the Administrative Services Center where it is located. Non-military recruiters are on hand to assist individuals in identifying a role in the Defence Forces that suits their preferences, educational background, and civilian skills.
“Our objective is clear: To provide everyone with full information about military service. Here, people can discover open positions and get instructions on how to reach a specific military unit according to their choice. I encourage all city and region residents to visit or call and inquire about the opportunities. We are here to help people understand the army better and locate suitable positions if they are interested,” said Oleksii Bezhevets, recruitment officer for the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.
Through the Recruitment Centers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, individuals can join not only the Armed Forces of Ukraine but also any unit of the Defence Forces. Currently, there are over 10,000 positions available. The most popular positions include drivers, medics, repairers, and UAV operators.
