The National Guard of Ukraine gains access to the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace for the procurement of defense products

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a resolution to launch the corresponding pilot project.

From now on, military units of the National Guard of Ukraine will be able to order drones, ground robotic systems, electronic warfare (EW) equipment, and components through the marketplace and receive them quickly.

“DOT-Chain Defence has proven effective in supplying the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The supply cycle for units has been drastically reduced — from months to weeks and even days,” emphasized Minister of Defence Denys Shmyhal.

So far, 130 brigades have been granted access to the marketplace and are actively using its new functionality. The Minister further noted that consistency and predictability in supply have a positive impact on the quality of task execution.

“The integration of the National Guard into the DOT-Chain Defence strengthens the overall potential of all Security and Defence Forces. We are upgrading the procurement system to ensure that units receive the necessary equipment without delays or redundant stages in the procurement chain,” stated Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko.
