The most popular model of military backhoe loader will join the technical fleet of the Defence Forces

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine had codified and adopted the JCB HMEE high-speed armored backhoe loader for deployment within the Armed Forces. It is among the most popular backhoe loaders in armies worldwide.

JCB HMEE (High Mobility Engineer Excavator) is a military engineering vehicle, an armored special machine designed to perform a wide range of tasks. 

«JCB HMEE backhoe loaders have demonstrated exceptional performance in specialized operations under challenging conditions and are actively used by many of the world's leading armies,» said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.

The JCB HMEE weighs approximately 16 tons. It can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h, offers full crew protection, and complies with STANAG standards for protection against threats. All-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and locking differential systems contribute to exceptional off-road performance. Suspension and brakes, specially reinforced for military needs, ensure controlled and safe operation. 

The armored backhoe loader's cab is ergonomically designed to optimize operator productivity and features air conditioning for enhanced comfort.
