The Ministry of Defence launches a survey in Army+ regarding the motivation and experiences of service members
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, in collaboration with the “Ukrainian Security and Cooperation Centre” NGO, announces the launch of a new survey in the Army+ app to analyze the motivation, experiences, and challenges of military personnel.
The survey was designed to gain deeper insights into the needs of Ukrainian warriors and enhance duty conditions.
The survey will examine the following key aspects:
• Motivation for joining the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
• Experiences before and after enlisting in the Defence Forces;
• Interaction with recruiting centers;
• Challenges encountered by military personnel;
• Attitudes towards mobilization and military duty in general.
The survey also includes an evaluation of the level of social support, supplies, and training for military personnel.
“Our goal is to gain a deeper understanding of how satisfactory the social support, supplies, and quality of training for our defenders are,” said Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umerov.
Anyone using the Army+ application can participate in the survey at their preferred time. The feedback from service members will help make the service more comfortable and support more effective.
This survey is a crucial step in improving the support system for our defenders.
Earlier, Army+ launched a survey on the available models of men's and women's uniforms to assess their quality, comfort, and whether they meet the needs of defenders.
