The Ministry of Defence has adopted Chaklun drone

The Ministry of Defence codified and adopted a domestically manufactured drone named Chaklun (translated from Ukrainian as “Wizard”). It is constructed as a fixed-wing drone.

Relatively compact in design, the drone is highly multifunctional. Among other functions, it can perform artillery spotting. Using high-tech materials ensures the drone's resilience against enemy electronic warfare.

Furthermore, this UAV system incorporates control software developed explicitly for it by domestic programmers. This drone operates efficiently, even in bad weather conditions.

Manufacturers and designers of weapons and military equipment are encouraged to contact the Main Department of Support for the Lifecycle of Weapons and Military Equipment via email for further inquiries regarding the codification process:  [email protected]
