From now on, persons liable for military service and reservists who live in the regions' (oblasts’) capital cities must arrive at Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers within seven days of receiving a postal summons. Residents of other settlements have ten days to do so.

Call-up papers must be sent by registered mail with a list of enclosures and a receipt notice.

Implementing this approach will quicken the centralized notification process for persons liable for military service and reservists.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has endorsed amendments to the “Procedure for Conscription of Citizens for Military Service during Mobilization, for a Special Period” following a proposal from the Ministry of Defence.
