Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Oleksandr Serhiy held a working meeting with the delegation of the International Defence Cooperation Agency of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.

“I want to express my gratitude to the people and government of the Czech Republic for their support of Ukraine. The situation on the front lines depends on the strong position of our European partners and on their willingness to boost military support,” noted Oleksandr Serhiy.

The Ukrainian delegation briefed their Czech counterparts on the urgent needs of the Defense Forces. The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine pointed out the importance of prompt response by foreign partners to the urgent needs of the Ukrainian front.

The parties also extensively discussed the next steps of cooperation with partners in the multinational coalition supporting Ukraine, along with the implementation of current bilateral defense contracts.
