The DELTA combat system has been deployed across all levels of Defence Forces of Ukraine

Minister of Defence of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has signed an order to deploy the DELTA system across all levels of the Defence Forces.
“DELTA is a combat digital ecosystem that gives the Ukrainian Armed Forces a technological edge: it enables real-time battlefield awareness, supports operational planning, and facilitates information sharing within units, brigades, formations, and, when needed, with allies,” said Denys Shmyhal.
He noted that DELTA successfully passed information security validation and was proven in real combat during the defense of Kyiv in 2022, the destruction of the enemy Black Sea Fleet, the liberation of Zmiinyi Island (Snake Island), and the de-occupation of Kherson.
“From now on, it will serve as the unified source for data exchange, operating everywhere—from laptops and tablets to smartphones—and is used by commanders at all levels,” added the Minister of Defence.
According to Denys Shmyhal, the system supports targeting more than 2,000 enemy assets daily. Over a year, this amounts to over half a million verified targets neutralized or damaged.
Moreover, DELTA undergoes continuous upgrades. Specifically, the system has been enhanced with an AI platform that enables automatic, real-time detection of enemy equipment.
“The use of DELTA continues to scale up, and new modules are under development. It is a powerful digital weapon in the arsenal of our military — a force that is constantly modernizing and gaining a technological edge over the enemy,” concluded the Minister of Defence.
