The Cabinet of Ministers has optimized the payment process for enhanced nutrition for military personnel in civilian hospitals

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on the initiative of the Ministry of Defence, has introduced an upper limit on payments for improved nutrition for military personnel in civilian healthcare facilities.
The new mechanism replaces fixed meal payments for a specified period with reimbursement of actual food costs incurred by medical facilities for enhanced nutrition.
However, such reimbursement will be capped at the established maximum amount.
The relevant amendments were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution, “On Amending Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding the Maximum Allowable Payment for Enhanced Nutrition for Military Personnel,” which was adopted at today's session.
