Since the beginning of 2024, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has returned to state ownership 68 land plots and 1 real estate property previously lost due to illegal actions

Through joint efforts with the Ministry of Justice, the use of 5 land plots totaling nearly 750 hectares was unblocked.

Moreover, a collaboration with StateGeoCadastre led to the inclusion of 10 land plots exceeding 100 ha in the archive section of the National Cadastral System (NCS).

As a result of court decisions, the Ministry of Defence regained control over 33 plots of land (517 ha) and one real estate property (over 3,000 sq. m).

Furthermore, an extra inventory aided in eliminating obstacles to utilizing 20 plots of land totaling 57 ha.

The Ministry of Defence's Main Directorate for Defence Land and Funds affirmed its commitment to continue reclaiming unlawfully transferred state-owned land and real estate properties by taking appropriate actions.
