DOT, the Ministry of Defence’s acquisition agency, has demonstrated significant savings in public funds since the beginning of 2024.

DOT achieved savings of UAH 16.2 billion by utilizing transparent and competitive tendering in the public acquisition process.

Among other purposes, the saved funds will be allocated for the acquisition of essential rear service property for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“This serves as validation that the defense acquisition reform is indeed effective. Our ongoing efforts involve enhancing procedures to ensure prompt deliveries to the Armed Forces of Ukraine while maximizing the utilization of budgetary funds,” said Dmytro Klimenkov, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine.
