Simplified procedure for procuring used pickup trucks: webinar for authorized procurement personnel

The Procurement Department of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine will conduct a briefing webinar for authorized procurement personnel of military units on procuring used vehicles.

The event will address the practical aspects of applying technical requirements in the procurement of used pickup trucks, all-terrain vehicles (including quad bikes and buggy-type models), and motorcycles under a simplified procedure.

The webinar aims to provide additional clarifications and contribute to the more efficient use of budgetary resources in equipping military units with the necessary equipment.

To recap, in August, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in line with the President’s directive and upon submission by the Ministry of Defence, adopted decisions aimed at simplifying the procurement of pickup trucks and other used vehicles for military units. These changes streamline bureaucratic procedures and enhance defense capability, enabling commanders to equip their units with the necessary equipment more promptly.
