Service members will be able to access the order number for a change of duty station through Army+
Starting today, service members submitting requests for a change of duty station through Army+ will have access to the transfer order number upon approval. The app must be updated to the latest version to access this functionality.
For service members currently submitting reports, a notification with the order number will be sent automatically along with confirmation of the transfer approval.
Meanwhile, those who have previously received approval for a transfer but lack information about the corresponding order should contact support via the “Menu” section.
“Over the first 10 days of the feature's operation, military personnel submitted 4,500 transfer requests through Army+. Of these, 4,200 have already been processed by the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with 900 receiving approval. Thanks to the update, our defenders can now instantly access the order details. It may seem like a minor change, but having the order number accelerates the entire transfer process without the need to regularly check for updates in the personnel office. And with this, we are taking another step towards a more human-centered and efficient Ukrainian Armed Forces,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.
In total, over three months of Army+ operation, 415,000 service members have registered and submitted 26,000 reports. Currently, the Army+ application offers 17 types of reports, including those for leave, financial assistance, and obtaining a service record certificate.
The Army+ application (the latest version, 2.0.4) should only be downloaded from the Play Market or App Store. The links are also available on the official application page: https://aplus.mod.gov.ua/.
