Ukraine's priority objectives for 2025 focus on bolstering the Defense Forces along the front line, enhancing the combat capabilities of military units, strengthening air defense, and advancing the defense industry. To achieve these objectives, it is essential to understand the scope of further assistance from partners.

The parties discussed the progress of previously announced U.S. investments in Ukrainian UAV production and the advancement of other defense industry joint projects. Particular emphasis was placed on further U.S. assistance in providing specific types of weapons and ammunition. The parties also coordinated their positions on Ukraine's needs and the capabilities of the United States.

Winfield Swanton emphasized the importance of collaboration between the defense industries of Ukraine and the United States, as well as the development of joint manufacturing projects, primarily aimed at strengthening Ukraine's own capabilities.
