Rustem Umerov held meetings with representatives of French defense companies
During his working visit to France, Ukraine’s Defence Minister Rustem Umerov met with representatives of leading French defense companies.
Discussions were held on expanding cooperation in the defense industry.
The meetings specifically focused on direct procurement, localizing production in Ukraine, and establishing joint ventures.
This will enhance the capabilities of Ukraine's defense industry and provide ongoing support to the Defence Forces of Ukraine, the Minister of Defence of Ukraine stated.
“I am grateful to our French partners for their interest, openness to cooperation, and willingness to develop industrial solutions together with Ukraine,” Rustem Umerov emphasized.
