Procurement transparency, swift communication. The Ministry of Defense launches a personal account system for suppliers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The “MOD Partner” web platform now offers registration for personal accounts for suppliers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“We are taking an important step toward modernizing and increasing transparency in non-lethal procurement. The supplier's personal account will simplify interactions with the Ministry of Defense and provide control over every stage of request processing. This will foster a reliable partnership between the Ministry and the businesses that support our army,” said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.

In their personal accounts, suppliers can track the status of their requests in real-time: “accepted” or “under review.” If the status changes, the applicant will receive an email notification, ensuring transparency and timely information.

Additionally, the account will store the entire request history, simplifying access to important documents. The portal also features a chat function for direct communication with site administrators, allowing quick and convenient responses to any inquiries.

Please note that only suppliers who have submitted requests to the Central Directorate for Material Support Development of the Ministry of Defense can register for a personal account.

How to register a personal account:

1. Submit a request on the “MOD Partner” platform.

2. Go to the “Personal Account” section and enter the email address used in the request.

3. A confirmation code will be sent to your email.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine aims to implement modern technologies to improve communication between the state and producers, enhancing the efficiency of non-lethal procurement interactions.
