Oleksandr Kubrakov appointed advisor to the Minister of Defence of Ukraine

Oleksandr Kubrakov is set to act as a volunteer advisor for Ukraine's Minister of Defence.

“The appointment of Oleksandr Kubrakov will contribute to improving a number of processes within the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ensuring the proper functioning of the supply and logistics systems. I am confident that his extensive expertise in public administration and practical experience will contribute to strengthening the country's defense capabilities,” noted the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov.

With extensive experience in public administration, Oleksandr Kubrakov is highly qualified. He has been Vice Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine, Minister of Communities and Territories Development, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, and Head of the State Agency of Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor).

He also has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.

The appointment aims to enhance the efficiency of key processes in the defense sector and strengthen the support system for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
