Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Aviation Development, Oleksandr Kozenko, met with a delegation from the Danish company Terma A/S, headed by its President & CEO, Henriette Hallberg Thygesen. The talks focused on enhancing the aviation capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
At the beginning of the meeting, Oleksandr Kozenko expressed gratitude to the Danish side for its steadfast support of Ukraine in the fight for independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
During the talks, the parties focused on key areas of cooperation, including:
- The experience and prospects of integrating equipment produced by Terma A/S into the existing fleet of the Ukrainian Air Force;
- The improvement of aviation systems and of detection, warning and countermeasure capabilities through solutions provided by the Danish company.
During the discussion, the Deputy Minister also invited the leadership of Terma A/S to consider participating in future projects of Ukraine’s military and civil aircraft industry.
Henriette Hallberg Thygesen, in turn, informed the Ukrainian side about the opening of the company’s representative office in Ukraine, underscoring Terma A/S’s strong commitment to developing its business in the country.
Commenting on this decision, Oleksandr Kozenko said: This is excellent news, entirely consistent with Ukraine’s aspirations.
