MoD has required personnel of Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers to record video during document inspections

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is ensuring transparency and compliance with the law in the activities of Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (enlistment offices) personnel.
These measures include mandating that, from September 1, all enlistment office personnel wear body cameras and record video during document checks and call-up notice delivery. Non-compliance with recording rules will result in disciplinary sanctions.
“This measure will guarantee transparency and legal compliance in the activities of TRSSC notification teams and protect the rights of all involved,” stated Denys Shmyhal, Ukraine’s Minister of Defence.
Currently, the availability of recording equipment stands at approximately 85%. Procurement of additional equipment is ongoing.
