MoD has authorized a mobile workshop for drone repairs and maintenance

The Ministry of Defence has codified and authorized the domestically manufactured ‘Nebokrai’ mobile workshops for operational use in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These workshops are purpose-built for the repair and maintenance of unmanned aerial systems and drones. This was reported by the MoD’s Main Directorate for Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment.
The ‘Nebokrai’ is a tactical mobile workshop designed for a wide range of repair, maintenance, and assembly tasks for copter-type drones.
The workshop is housed in a metal container mounted on a two-axle trailer. It is equipped with autonomous heating, lighting, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Inside, the workshop features dedicated workstations for technicians, complete with necessary racks and storage containers. The basic ‘Nebokrai 00’ configuration is equipped with only the most basic tools. The fully equipped “Nebokrai 01” version includes a broader range of equipment and specialized tools: a charging station, compressor, laboratory switched-mode power supply, welding machine, soldering station, desoldering pump, ultrasonic bath with degassing function, 3D printer, filament dryer, personal computer, wireless barcode scanners, grinding and engraving machines, FPV monitor, RF power meter, and more.
The ‘Nebokrai’ workshops weigh between 1.5 and 2.5 tons, making them transportable by any military tactical light vehicle.
