Ministry of Defence tests online military registration via Reserve+
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has begun testing the online military registration feature in the Reserve+ app. In the near future, specific categories of citizens will be able to complete registration remotely, without in-person visits to enlistment offices or paper-based procedures.
To take part in the testing, applicants must complete a form.
Who is eligible to participate in the testing
The testing is open to men who are not yet registered for military service and who:
- will reach the age of 17 in 2026; or
- are aged 25 to 59 at the time of applying.
How it works
1. Complete the form to participate in the testing.
2. Wait for an invitation email.
3. Install the Reserve+ app or update it to the latest version.
4. Follow the instructions in the app and submit your application.
5. Receive confirmation and your Reserve ID document.
Online military registration is currently unavailable to women subject to registration based on their professional qualifications; they must register in person at enlistment offices. The testing of this feature does not currently include men aged 18–24.
Online military registration reduces bureaucracy, eases the workload on enlistment offices, and simplifies the process for citizens.
