Ministry of Defence launches online-platform for deregulation

Портал «Дерегуляція в системі Міноборони»
Міністерство оборони України запустило портал «Дерегуляція в системі Міноборони», який допоможе підвищити ефективність процесів оборонного відомства.

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has launched “Deregulation in MOD system” portal, which will help increase the efficiency of the Ministry’s processes.

The platform is going to help servicemen to exercise their rights, facilitate effective cooperation between business and the Ministry in production, procurement, logistics and other defence-related areas.

“This platform is a tool that allows anybody inside the MOD, the Armed Forces or in the civilian sector to tell us what needs to be deregulated or what should be changed. The platform will help implement. The portal will help us to realise more systematically the potential for change that servicemen, businesses and civilians have, and to inform civil society about the practical results of implementing constructive proposals," said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stanislav Haider.”

The website is already operating in test mode. By using the link https://deregulation.mod.gov.ua and filling out the online form, any user can submit proposals for changes and optimization of processes within the Ministry of Defense system.

Currently, the Ministry of Defense is also working on streamlining the ministry's regulatory framework. As a result of this work, an optimal list of acts categorized by the main areas of the ministry's activities will be formed, replacing several thousand fragmented regulatory documents.
