Ministry of Defence expands testing of military registration via Reserve+ to men aged 18–24

In the near future, men will be able to complete military registration remotely, without in-person visits to enlistment offices or paperwork. The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine continues testing military registration in the Reserve+ app and is expanding it to a new age group.

The testing is open to men aged 18–24 who are not yet on military records. To participate, applicants must complete a form

How it works

  • Complete the form to participate in the testing.
  • Wait for an invitation email.
  • Install the Reserve+ app or update it to the latest version.
  • Follow the instructions in the app and submit your application.
  • Receive confirmation and your Reserve ID document.

Please note: online military registration is available only to individuals who have never been on military records. If you were previously removed or excluded from military records, re-registration can currently be completed only through enlistment offices.

At the same time, online military registration is currently unavailable to women who are subject to registration based on their professional qualifications; they must register in person at enlistment offices.

Online military registration reduces bureaucracy, eases the workload on enlistment offices, and makes the process more transparent for citizens.
