Kharkiv region leads in number of inquiries to military recruitment centers

Over the past week, 833 Ukrainians reached out to recruitment centers, with 185 of them beginning the process of joining the Defense Forces. Residents of the Kharkiv region are most actively considering military service, accounting for almost 17% of all inquiries.

Since the recruitment centers began operations, as of November 3, a total of 23,596 visitors have received consultations. Of these, 5,797 candidates are currently undergoing the position selection and enlistment process. Regionally, Kharkiv leads with 16.7% of inquiries, followed by Dnipropetrovsk (15.5%), Kyiv city (14.9%), and Zaporizhzhia and Lviv regions (12.2% each).

The centers offer service opportunities not only in the Armed Forces but also in the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service, and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). Currently, there are over 10,000 available positions, with the highest demand for drivers, drone operators, staff personnel, and medical staff.

It’s important to note that recruitment centers do not issue summonses; all consultations are conducted confidentially.

Currently, there are 44 recruitment centers operating across Ukraine. For more information and to find the nearest center, visit the website: http://recruiting.mod.gov.ua
