Kateryna Chernohorenko: Service members have saved UAH 100 million thanks to the discounts offered by the ‘Pluses’ Program

The offers provided through the ‘Pluses’ National Support Program for Service Members in the Army+ app have saved our defenders UAH 100 million.

The offers provided through the ‘Pluses’ National Support Program for Service Members in the Army+ app have saved our defenders UAH 100 million. This was announced by Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Digital Development.

Service members primarily leverage the following benefits: fuel and products from fuel station networks, delivery services from Nova Poshta, and railway tickets from the special reserve of Ukrzaliznytsia.

“From the very beginning, we wanted ‘Pluses’ to support our defenders and care for them. I believe we have succeeded in achieving this. Over 100 million UAH saved on delivery, fuel, gear, and more underscore the Program’s effectiveness. We are not resting on this milestone; negotiations with additional companies are ongoing to expand the range of cost-saving offers for gear, transportation, and products,” stated Deputy Minister Kateryna Chernohorenko.

The ‘Pluses’ Program, launched in December 2024, brings together major businesses to offer exclusive deals on goods and services for service members. With over 100 million UAH saved to date, service members have utilized partner discounts 1 million times. Current partners include Ukrzaliznytsia, UKRNAFTA, Nova Poshta, WOG, OKKO, ROZETKA, and Ukrarmor.

Last week, the 'Pluses' program introduced a new feature, allowing service members to share QR codes and barcodes for partners’ offers with their family members. This functionality is currently available for offers from UKRNAFTA, WOG, ROZETKA, and Ukrarmor.
