Kateryna Chernohorenko: In February, the Army+ app recorded a 70% rise in reports from the Navy

The number of processed electronic reports from the Ukrainian Navy increased by 70% in February. Currently, this service branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ranks second in terms of report submissions and processing, surpassed only by the Land Forces, which are the largest.

“The Navy sets an example of leadership in implementing innovations. Since the early months of the Army+ app's operation, they have consistently ranked at the top, steadily increasing the number of reports submitted and processed. They understand that digitalization is easy, fast, and convenient,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development.

Current top five brigades in the Ukrainian Navy by the number of fully processed reports:

  • 40th Separate Coast Guard Brigade: 2,541 reports;
  • 36th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Bilynskyi: 1,416 reports;
  • 360th Separate Coastal Missile Brigade Headquarters: 943 reports;
  • 32nd Separate Artillery Brigade: 768 reports;
  • 406th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Brigadier General Oleksii Almazov: 686 reports.

In total, 148,000 reports have been fully processed in the Army+ app, replacing paper reports. The most frequently submitted types of reports are for health recovery, for annual leave, and for obtaining a military service record (F5 Form).
