Kateryna Chernohorenko: Cooperation between the MoD and the Tech Forces has been stepped up to boost Ukraine's defense capabilities
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense signed a memorandum with the Tech Forces in UA. The goal of this collaboration is to enhance the nation's defense capabilities, as well as to improve digital services and information systems within the defense sector.
“Our shared goal with the Tech Forces is to revamp the systems that influence Ukrainian defense enterprises. Through joint efforts, we can ensure that the technological solutions supporting our military under martial law are effective and dependable,” said Kateryna Chernohorenko.
Tech Forces in UA (TFUA) is an association of leading manufacturers of innovative weapons for defenders. Through the association, the industry speaks with a cohesive and impactful voice, ensuring the localization of defense enterprises in Ukraine and bringing high technologies to the front line as soon as possible. TFUA includes 36 companies.
“The state and private defense sector partnership is vital in bolstering Ukraine's defense capabilities. We thank the Ministry of Defence for its open and systematic cooperation with military technology manufacturers within the Tech Forces in UA. Collaborating with the Ministry of Defence will enhance the transparent dialog between the industry and government agencies,” added Kateryna Mykhalko, Director-General of the Tech Forces.
