Ivan Havryliuk discussed support for Ukraine with the delegation of the Netherlands

The First Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk, met with a delegation from the Netherlands led by Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius, Leader of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy and member of the House of Representatives of the States General, the parliament of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The meeting addressed the matters of continued comprehensive support for Ukraine in light of recent European initiatives.
The Ukrainian side briefed the Dutch parliamentarians on the situation at the frontline and provided information on strengthening russia's defense industry.
Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk expressed gratitude to the people, parliament, and government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for their support of Ukraine in the fight against russian aggression, particularly for their active role in the Air Force Capability Coalition.
The First Deputy Minister of Defence also emphasized the importance of continuing the sanctions pressure from European governments on the russian federation to maximally restrict russia’s access to Western technologies, including electronic components for the production of long-range weapons.
“The sanctions pressure on the economy of the aggressor country must be strengthened. It is of utmost importance that russia has no access to technological components for defense production. This should be a consolidated stance to maximize the limitation of russia's military and economic potential,” said Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk.
For her part, Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius commended the resilience of Ukrainian warriors and assured Ukraine of continued support.
