In Ukraine, for the first time, the cyber security of the combat system was tested according to NATO standards

The DELTA combat system has successfully passed an information security audit, confirming the compliance of its integrated information protection system with the established requirements. One of the top international consulting firms conducted the independent verification.

"For the first time in the history of Ukraine, a military system has been certified according to the standards used in NATO countries. Previously, such systems were tested according to standards that were 20 years old, which have lost their relevance," Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said.

The diagnostics of the system's cyber security took one and a half months. 162 information protection measures used in the DELTA system were analyzed. The system is built on modern technologies and meets the requirements for cyber protection.

This achievement of the Innovation Center of the Ministry of Defense was made possible thanks to cooperation with the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Better Regulation Delivery Office and the "100% Life" foundation.

"During the war, the security of combat systems is a priority. The approach to DELTA will serve as an example for other state systems, both combat and non-combat," added Yuriy Myronenko, head of the State Service of Special Communications.
