The intensity of combat operations along the front lines remained high throughout September. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 5,356 combat engagements were recorded in September. The fiercest day was September 18, with 223 combat engagements recorded within a 24-hour period.
In total, the enemy conducted over 145,000 shelling attacks in September using various weapons and strike capabilities, including more than 3,200 launched from multiple launch rocket systems. russian military aviation dropped 3,989 aerial bombs equipped with universal guidance and control modules, i.e., guided aerial bombs (GABs).
April 2025 was a “record” month for the use of GABs, with russian aviation dropping over 5,000 bombs.
