During November, the Ministry of Defence codified over 120 models of weapons and military equipment for the Defence Forces. Approximately 90% of them are new models of domestically produced weapons and equipment.
In November, the list of codified new weapons and military equipment included unmanned aerial systems, ammunition (primarily for UAVs), engineering assets, and electronic warfare and communication systems. Most of those were also developed in Ukraine.
In addition, the list of new weapons and military equipment approved for use in November includes new mobile rocket launchers (for certain units of the Defence Forces), a new armor-piercing cartridge, a domestically produced armored ambulance, and more.
“Such a significant number of new codified models of weapons and military equipment within just one month highlights the dynamic pace of weapons development in Ukraine across specific categories. Certain models of Ukrainian weapons are distinguished by their unique characteristics. Our efforts are focused on delivering these supplies to our armed forces at the earliest opportunity,” said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.
