In 2024, the Ministry of Defence adopted over 1,300 models of weapons and military equipment

In 2024, the Ministry of Defence adopted over 1,300 models of weapons and military equipment, with nearly 75% of them being produced domestically. 

“This figure reflects the high efficiency of Ukrainian defense enterprises, which, in the context of war, not only meet the frontline's needs but also showcase international competitiveness," stated Dmytro Klimenkov .

Among other items, the following types were codified across various categories:

• 251 models of unmanned aerial systems (UAS);

• 169 variants of ammunition;

• 153 models of electronic warfare (EW) and signals/electronic intelligence (SIGINT/ELINT) equipment;

• 108 models of engineering equipment;

• 97 models of communication systems;

• 57 ground-based missile systems.

According to Dmytro Klimenkov, this result was made possible through close cooperation between the Ministry of Defence, Ukrainian manufacturers, and international partners.
