The First Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk, handed honorary departmental awards to service members and civilian employees for their personal contribution to the development and capacity building of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the use of unmanned systems.

“You have thoroughly implemented the joint plan of the leadership of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Ukraine to test the integrated use of ground and airborne unmanned systems as part of a single unit. The development of unmanned systems within the units is a priority area,” the First Deputy Defence Minister emphasized.

Ivan Havryliuk thanked service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for performing their duties.

Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk also expressed his gratitude to the leadership of local governments and military administrations of one of the regions of Ukraine for their significant support in the construction of the infrastructure of the training area where the project was implemented:  “Active interaction between the military, civilians, and local authorities will bring us closer to our goal of winning the war against the russian aggressor.”
