The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has announced a competitive selection for the positions of heads of three enterprises under its operational control.

The mandated competitions for leadership roles in state-controlled enterprises were paused during martial law, but now the competitive selection process of candidates has recommenced with certain exemptions.

Attracting professional managers to meet the Defence Forces' needs will be the focus of a specialized working group responsible for candidate selection. For the present, the announcement has been made for competitive recruitment for the leadership roles at the following enterprises:

• Volyn Military Forestry

• Uzhhorod Military Forestry

• Digital Army

To guarantee transparency and equal opportunities for all, the selection announcement was published on the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence’s website and the Unified State Open Data Portal data.gov.ua.

There are upcoming plans to involve a professional recruitment agency and representatives from international organizations and experts in the selection process.
