Head of the National Army Academy dismissed from his post

During President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to Lviv, Defence Minister Rustem Umerov briefed the President on the results of the audit conducted by the Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defence regarding the functioning of the National Army Academy and the numerous violations identified by the Inspectorate.

The President has instructed that the situation be immediately rectified.  

Today, the Minister of Defence of Ukraine ordered the dismissal of Lieutenant General Pavlo Tkachuk from his position as Head of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachny National Army Academy.
