The solemn ceremony was hosted by the National Defence University of Ukraine. This is the first class in history to complete a course that is fully compliant with NATO standards.

It took six months to train the officers. After completing the course, graduates acquired competencies in solving complex problems related to preparation, conduct, and support of the full range of combined joint task forces’ modern operations.

Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Nataliia Kalmykova congratulated the graduates. “The only way to defeat the enemy is to increase the combat capability of our Armed Forces. Today, we welcome prominent initiators of change, the distributors of a new culture, values, and knowledge. They will definitely change our Armed Forces for the better and will win the victory. I congratulate all of you on this remarkable event and wish you the indefatigable and honorable implementation of new competencies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The future belongs to you,” she emphasized.
