Government regulates use of electronic queue service at Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has regulated the electronic appointment queue service at Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (enlistment offices).

The relevant amendments to paragraph 9 of the ‘Regulation on Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers’ were approved at the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on Wednesday.

“Thus, we are implementing our key priorities: a people-centered approach, digitalizing processes, ensuring seamless interaction between the state and citizens, and providing convenient services. We are eliminating in-person queues outside enlistment offices, enhancing security, and streamlining and accelerating the procedures for citizen appointments,” stated Denys Shmyhal, Ukraine’s Minister of Defence.

The electronic queue service at enlistment offices has been operating in test mode since May of last year. On May 1, 2025, the service went live on an upgraded platform. Here, individuals liable for military service can select their enlistment office based on their official registration or actual place of residence and receive an SMS with the date and time of their visit.

The adopted decision represents one of the steps in establishing the e-TRSSC ecosystem and is intended to simplify citizens’ access to services related to military registration.
