Government improves procedures for reserved personnel status at critical defense industry enterprises

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has supported the Ministry of Defence's initiative and approved amendments to Resolution No. 76 governing the reserved personnel status of individuals liable for military service during martial law.

The decision aims to improve the reserved personnel status mechanism for employees of defense industry enterprises that are critical to the economy's functioning and to meeting the needs of the Security and Defence Forces.

Henceforth, Ministry of Defence decisions on the designation of enterprises, institutions, and organizations as critical for the defense industry will not include information on the number of persons liable for military service.

The decision reflects the operational realities of defense industry enterprises under wartime conditions and creates conditions for scaling up the production of critically important weapons.
