Every second service member successfully completes an Army+ training course

Nearly half of all service members (45%) who begin an Army+ training course complete it and successfully pass the exam. The most popular courses are those in the information-resilience series: “Cybersecurity” and “Countering Enemy PSYOPs.”

Overall, the highest completion rates are recorded in the following courses:

  1. “Information Resilience: Cybersecurity” (31,000 completed exams).
  2. “UAV Fundamentals: An Introduction to Unmanned Systems” (22,000).
  3. “Fundamentals of Battlefield Communication” (12,000).
  4. “Overall Training” (9,700).
  5. “Information Resilience: Countering Enemy PSYOPs” (9,000).

Army+ currently offers 17 training courses covering a broad spectrum of topics, from technical and tactical skills to psychological training and financial literacy. These courses enable personnel to gain relevant knowledge and put it into practice right away, whether in service or in daily routines.

The Ministry of Defence plans to expand Army+ training and launch new courses, including on combat planning, international humanitarian law, and cyber hygiene. This will enable a broader response to the military's needs and reinforce units' capabilities across various domains.
