Easy to fill out, fast to approve: Service members share feedback on electronic reports in Army+

In July, a survey was conducted within the Army+ app regarding the use and future development of the electronic reporting feature. A total of 20,975 service members participated in the survey, with 9,650 indicating they had already submitted electronic reports.

69% of respondents stated that their reports were processed promptly, within a week. Nearly 60% indicated that their reports had never been rejected.

Furthermore, 80% of Army+ users responded that the implementation of electronic reports should continue. The most frequently mentioned advantages included the availability of ready-made templates (68%), the elimination of the requirement to submit reports in person, as was previously necessary (61%), and the convenient and user-friendly interface of the reporting feature (57%).

The majority of those who submitted electronic reports supported discontinuing paper reports altogether (67%). Users also supported introducing the automatic display of the commander’s ArmyID (48%) and a complaint button for commanders who ignore electronic reports (39%).

Since the launch of Army+, a total of 18 surveys have been launched. On average, approximately 20,000 users provide feedback on the issues raised in these surveys.
