“During the war, the main priority of the Ministry of Defence is to provide timely supplies to our military,” - Dmytro Klimenkov

The Ministry of Defence is allocating dozens of billions of hryvnias for the purchase of logistics equipment and weapons. This was stated in an interview with "Telegraf" by Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.

“During the war, the main priority of the Ministry of Defence is to provide timely supplies to our military,” – said Klimenkov.

According to him, state spending is a chance for Ukrainian industry to develop its businesses during the war, create jobs and pay taxes.

In addition, the Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine recalled that the current team at the MOD has zero tolerance for corruption. “You can see this from the results of the work of procurement agencies and our operational activity in general,” saind Dmytro Klimenkov.
