‘Contract 18–24’: What is included in the gear and clothing kit for military personnel

The Ministry of Defence announces that all citizens entering into a contract under the ‘Contract 18–24’ Program are provided with a complete clothing and gear set necessary for military service, as stipulated by Regulation No. 1, approved by Ministry of Defence Order No. 232 dated 29 April 2016.

“A person signing the contract immediately receives all essential clothing and gear for service, as outlined in the corresponding regulations. The starter kit is not just a uniform; it’s the confidence to be mission-ready in any conditions,” said Colonel Vitalii Riabov, Head of the Supply Department of the Property and Services Support Directorate of the Central Clothing and Gear Supply Directorate of the Rear Service of the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
