Combat brigades received an additional UAH 4.5 billion to procure drones and electronic warfare systems via DOT-Chain Defence

In February, combat brigades were allocated an additional UAH 4.5 billion to procure drones and electronic warfare (EW) systems through the DOT-Chain Defence.

The funds are already available in military units’ accounts on DOT-Chain Defence, enabling brigades to immediately place orders for the required equipment.

DOT-Chain Defence functions as a marketplace where the military can independently select the strike capabilities and electronic warfare systems they require. At present, more than 470 equipment models from 135 manufacturers are available on the platform.

Over six months, approximately 350,000 units of equipment valued at more than UAH 16 billion have been delivered via DOT-Chain Defence.

As a reminder, units on the line of contact receive monthly funding, enabling them to order the necessary equipment and receive it without delay.
